Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Lone Star Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our Corporate Office team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing professional-level support in various HR-related duties, working closely with senior HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer benefits programs, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communication with employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts and employee directories.
  • Manage HR information systems, compile reports, and maintain records.
  • Implement human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Analyze data and trends to prepare reports and provide insights.
  • Ensure confidentiality and protect the organization's value.
  • Complete special projects, set timetables, and conduct research to develop and organize information.
  • Process and maintain records of regular deductions from employee payments, including garnishing 401k, healthcare, and other deductions.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in a timekeeping system.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation will be based on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off.
