Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at North Pacific Management in Vancouver, Washington. This role is responsible for processing and coding invoices with high accuracy, managing weekly and monthly check runs, handling ACH payments, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
About the Role:- This position requires 2+ years of accounts payable experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle multiple company accounts with accuracy.
- This role also requires strong written and verbal communication skills and self-motivation, as well as collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
- Process and code invoices with high accuracy
- Manage weekly and monthly check runs
- Handle ACH payments with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Manage petty cash and related documentation
