Job Title: Salesforce Administrator, Executive Education

Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Executive Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce environment, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce environment, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and other routine tasks.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce administration, including data quality and integrity.
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, and implement new features and enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or technology.
  • At least three years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or business systems analyst.
  • Experience with enterprise systems or project management.
  • Familiarity with the Education Cloud Data Architecture (EDA).
  • Thorough understanding of key end-to-end CRM processes and extensive knowledge of best practices in CRM.
  • Salesforce administrator certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lightning, Process Builder, and Flow.
