Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level support to an Executive and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate company-wide activities and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in office-wide recruiting activities, including managing resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide additional support as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of administrative experience with proven track record of increasing responsibility and skill development.
  • Significant prior experience supporting Executives.
  • Highly flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient technical skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: $110k
