Job Title: Salesforce Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at Harvard University. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our state-of-the-art CRM architecture, ensuring it is user-friendly, cost-effective, and strategically aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead long-term strategic planning and contribute to CRM enterprise-wide initiatives
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
* Lead the technical design and architecture of CRM initiatives, including data modeling, integration strategies, and custom development
* Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
* Manage and oversee the technical health of several Salesforce instances
* Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines

Requirements:

* Minimum of seven years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
* Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Broad and deep experience with Salesforce architectures, products, and services
* Salesforce Certification (Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, and/or Integration Architect) is preferred
