Job Overview:

The VP Program Manager will lead a multi-year, all-encompassing program that transforms hiring, onboarding, training, compensation, and incentives, organizational design, and performance management for our large and growing Service department. This role reports directly to the SVP, Service and is accountable to the STTP Steering Committee.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide thought leadership and refine the vision for the Service Talent Transformation Program in partnership with Service Leadership and Human Resources.
  2. Create the operating structure and reporting guidelines for all levels of program execution, including Steer Co, Advisory Board, and Workstream levels.
  3. Oversee and support Workstream Leads, driving accountability for execution, assisting in navigating complexities, and escalating key decision points.
  4. Manage cross-workstream and cross-functional forums to ensure leverage points are identified, resource prioritization is reviewed, proper sequencing of work is created, and problems are resolved.
  5. Develop and deliver executive-ready program status communications, including Steer Co, MC, and board-level presentation opportunities.
  6. Ensure overall program effectiveness in terms of scope, delivery, and budget.
  7. Continuously scan the horizon for best practices and ideas from industry forums, peer benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in financial services driving large-scale transformational initiatives; management consulting experience also valued.

  1. Strategic thinker who can develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and drive cross-functional execution.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization and influence key decisions.
  3. Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings.
  4. Comfortable in ambiguous situations – self-starter and self-learner.
  5. Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage complex deliverables and meet strict deadlines.
  6. Exceptional program management skills and attention to detail, along with high levels of emotional intelligence.
Preferences:
  1. Scrum master credentials are preferred.
Pay Range:$122,800.00 - $204,600.00
