Job Summary

GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, and specifications.
  • Act as primary customer contact for program activities.
  • Develop new business or expand the product line with the customer.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends or patterns and propose solutions.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • PMP certification.

Clearance Required: Secret
