Job Overview:

The Senior Program Manager will lead a multi-year, all-encompassing program that transforms hiring, onboarding, training, compensation, and incentives, organizational design, and performance management for our large and growing Service department. This role reports directly to the SVP, Service, and is accountable to the STTP Steering Committee.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and refine the vision for the Service Talent Transformation Program in partnership with Service Leadership and Human Resources.
  • Create the operating structure and reporting guidelines for all levels of program execution, including Steer Co, Advisory Board, and Workstream levels.
  • Oversee and support Workstream Leads, driving accountability for execution, navigating complexities, and escalating key decision points.
  • Manage cross-workstream and cross-functional forums to identify leverage points, review resource prioritization, create proper sequencing of work, and resolve problems.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready program status communications, effectively telling the story of Service Talent Transformation to ensure continued senior support for progress and investment.
  • Ensure overall program effectiveness in terms of scope, delivery, and budget.
  • Continuously scan the horizon for best practices and ideas from industry forums, peer benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services driving large-scale transformational initiatives; management consulting experience also valued.

Pay Range:$122,800.00 - $204,600.00
