Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in federal sales, with a proven track record in software and CRM sales.
  • Knowledge of Federal Market: Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR, contract vehicles (GSA, GWACs, IDIQs), and compliance regulations.
  • CRM Expertise: Experience with leading CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and the ability to translate CRM capabilities into client solutions.
  • Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the federal sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp complex software products and articulate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
