  • Compensation & Benefits
  • • Develop and implement regular compensation processes, including annual compensation planning cycle and salary survey participation

  • • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments and proactively seek market intelligence, economic trends, and market-specific data to inform proposed solutions for our business groups

  • • Evaluate, level, and determine appropriate market value for new and existing roles

  • • Ensure benefits packages are competitive and align with industry standards and local regulations

  • Equity
  • • Prepare and present detailed information for Compensation Committee Board meetings

  • • Lead the development and delivery of employee training and communications around equity, particularly for talent acquisition to equip them for offer conversations

  • • Expertly utilize our equity plan management platform for administering and analyzing equity compensation, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
