Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Total Rewards Director to join our Human Resources team in Holland, MI. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals while remaining competitive and compliant.

This role requires collaboration with various departments to attract and retain talent, oversee HR budgets, and champion a culture of inclusion. The position also emphasizes staying abreast of HR trends and effectively communicating our total rewards programs to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction for HR
- Influence the overall strategic direction for the HR function, aligning it with the organization's vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Develop and communicate a total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll administration, and other employee programs. Ensure the strategy aligns with the company's objectives and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 12 years of Human Resources experience focused on compensation, benefits, and payroll, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with multiple plants/locations
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll principles, practices, and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
