Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Executive to join our team at Rewards Network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Manhattan NY territory.

Rewards Network is a leading provider of financial and marketing services to restaurants. With over 40 years of experience, we have helped restaurants increase their revenue, traffic, and customer engagement through our innovative programs.

The Role
As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting, developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, and meeting weekly and monthly sales objectives. You will also collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, with experience cold-calling businesses that have a need for financial and marketing services products preferred. You will also need strong financial acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive estimated on-target compensation package totaling $125,000 +, with additional upside and uncapped monthly commission. Our base salary ranges from $80,000-$110,000 annualized, and we provide an accelerated earnings ramp for the first 6 months. Additionally, we offer a virtual work environment, paid time off, company holidays, and generous dining reimbursement when you dine with our restaurant clients.
