Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at OHM Advisors.
This role will play a critical part in supporting the daily operations of our St. Petersburg office and providing assistance to satellite offices via phone and video conferencing as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the executive team and other departments
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Managing calendars, email, and other communication tools
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Salary: $48,000 per year
