Job Summary:
This position involves providing administrative support to our training participants, including scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and providing information on company policies and procedures. You will also assist with organizing travel arrangements and processing documents.
About This Role:
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in administrative support, customer service, and team collaboration. You will work closely with our training managers and other business partners to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to training participants, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel
- Assist with organizing and maintaining accurate records and files
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers and colleagues
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in an administrative role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
