Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Wold Architects and Engineers in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our architectural and engineering teams, including project managers and staff. Key responsibilities include formal correspondence, receptionist backup, mail management, and supporting corporate operations.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

In addition to technical skills, we seek a candidate who can provide exceptional customer service, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum three years of related administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
