Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Engineering Consulting Services, Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with scheduling operations, including communicating with contractors and technicians on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include taking scheduling requests, assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and following up to ensure tasks are completed as requested.
In addition to scheduling duties, this role involves document processing and transmission in a timely manner. Responsibilities include word processing, data entry, registering projects and proposals, creating folders, filing, assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, and providing backup support to other administrative personnel during periods of co-worker absence.
This position requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of administrative experience. The ideal candidate will possess dependable, detail-oriented, organized skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in computers and MS Office Excel and Word is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
