**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute the textbook cycle from setup to returns independently or with the support of booksellers.
- Use department-specific technology to answer questions about course material, recommend products, and maintain book inventory.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all departments in the store to provide daily support and guidance to customers and team members.
- Assist with processing sales transactions and maintain a presence on the sales floor to greet customers and answer questions.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-organized, and clean.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a retail setting as a manager or buyer, or a graduate of the Best Seller Program.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Outstanding customer service skills and basic reading, writing, and accounting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
