**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute the textbook cycle from setup to returns independently or with the support of booksellers.
  • Use department-specific technology to answer questions about course material, recommend products, and maintain book inventory.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all departments in the store to provide daily support and guidance to customers and team members.
  • Assist with processing sales transactions and maintain a presence on the sales floor to greet customers and answer questions.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-organized, and clean.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail setting as a manager or buyer, or a graduate of the Best Seller Program.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and basic reading, writing, and accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
