Key Responsibilities:

  1. Third-Party Firm Approval Management: Oversee the submission of marketing materials and client-facing content to third-party distributors requiring prior approval. This includes conference materials, promotional content, and sales resources.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with third-party distributor reviewers and internal account managers to ensure compliance with unique engagement rules.
  3. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to prioritize and accurately submit materials to firms.
  4. Manage and update approval grids for external and internal sales teams and oversee the marketing review inbox.
  5. Analyze advisor engagement data to enhance existing strategies and drive engagement.
  6. Support vendor management processes, ensuring timely contract renewals and evaluating license allocations.
  7. Implement vendor management policies in collaboration with internal procurement partners.
  8. Distribution Support: Process necessary documentation to support sales teams and facilitate training for expense reporting.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements in expense management and reporting.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, we offer performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the Individual Retirement sector.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in vendor management is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Concur and Ariba is a plus.
