**Job Summary**

Isaiah House is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Client Support at our center in Louisville, KY. As a faith-based, nonprofit organization, we deliver one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a structured and routine environment by leading clients through their daily schedule.
  • Ensure clients are where they are supposed to be and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Programs/Medical staff to provide comprehensive support.
  • Ensure client/facility safety by adhering to company policy and procedure.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and provide transportation for new intakes and discharges.
  • Ensure clients are safely transported when leaving the facility, whether with or against staff advice.
  • Maintain accurate records and operations-related log books.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Valid KY Driver's License.
