Job Description

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in commercial real estate or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including calendar management and travel coordination.
    • Develop and implement effective systems for data entry, file organization, and document management.
    • Maintain open communication channels between internal teams and external partners.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including content creation and social media engagement.
    • Update and manage the company's LinkedIn profile, sharing relevant content and industry insights.
  • Property Management:
    • Prepare and edit property listings, highlighting key features and amenities.
    • Coordinate property tours and manage logistics, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Support project managers in coordinating real estate transactions and client projects.
    • Compile market research and develop presentations for clients and stakeholders.
