We're seeking a Corporate Operations Specialist to join our growing New York office on a maternity leave cover from February to October. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead global operational initiatives and develop strategic recruitment plans for a dynamic corporate communications firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects in operations management, preferably in PR, hospitality, or a fast-paced tech or startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management across Europe and the US to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for our offices in NYC, Dublin, and SF.
  • Support the management team with project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Enhance internal communications, including weekly memos, biweekly company-wide meetings, and quarterly all-hands sessions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus within the team.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Explore innovative recruitment opportunities in the tech and hiring ecosystem.
  • Monitor and enhance employee retention strategies, such as perks, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Lead performance reviews, both quarterly and annually.
  • Manage client-facing operations, including new contract management, contract renewals, and timely invoice payments.
  • Oversee departmental expenses to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute internal and client events, handling everything from venue selection to post-event debriefs.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
