Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Coordinator to provide administrative support to our C-Level Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate events, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting C-Suite Executives and possess excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the C-Level Executive's calendar, ensuring timely responses to requests and appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, social events, and Board of Director Meetings.
  • Aid the executive in preparing for meetings, responding to emails, and drafting documents.
  • Oversee expense reports, budgeting, and financial management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives.
  • Real Estate industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
