About the Job Opportunity

Talented professionals sought by Aurify Corporate for a Talent Development Coordinator position. In this role, you will partner with GMs and DMs to provide training and support regarding people-related tools and policy updates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain current salary/compensation benchmarking data
  • Oversee benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to Aurify platform and brand employees
  • Partner with Chief of Staff on risk mitigation and litigation issues

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial or Psychology, or any related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or a related field (GM experience) is required.
