This role involves providing crucial administrative assistance, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Management: Arrange lodging, dining, transportation, and interpreter services to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Process invoices, payments, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to set up and confirm meetings, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Event Planning: Liaise with event managers to organize conferences and corporate days, showcasing the company's expertise and professionalism.
  • Onsite Event Support: Assist at conferences, corporate days, and roadshows, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company positively.
  • Reporting: Compile and generate meeting data reports regularly, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal): Enable seamless communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills: Ensure effective task management, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook): Utilize industry-standard tools to manage tasks, create presentations, and analyze data.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment: Adapt to changing demands, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
