**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell paint and related products to customers, ensuring accurate and consistent communication about product features, benefits, and applications
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the sales floor, stockroom, and equipment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns/refunds
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving success
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • One year of experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role, preferably in the paint or building materials industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly between tasks
