About the Role:

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Camera Customer Relations Representative I. This role is based in our Costa Mesa, CA factory service center and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to handle repair estimation data entry and minimal reporting into an Excel spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating repair estimates, processing and arranging for shipping of completed repairs, and providing telephone assistance to internal and external customers. Additionally, they will process repair orders, input data into a database for repair issues, and tend to Canon Professional Service members in the Customer Experience Center.

This is a full-time position requiring presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as basic to intermediate experience with digital photographic equipment and associated processes.

Your Impact:
  • Create repair estimates and process repair orders
  • Provide telephone assistance to internal and external customers
  • Process repair issues and input data into a database
  • Tend to Canon Professional Service members in the Customer Experience Center
  • Deliver completed repairs to customers
  • Investigate escalations and inquiries/complaints
  • Provide front counter support for the Burbank Professional Technology and Support Center
  • Provide shipping and receiving support in the warehouse
  • Assist with parts inventory and delivery to technicians
About You:

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate experience with digital photographic equipment and associated processes, as well as knowledge of software applications associated with photography.

The applicant must demonstrate the ability to work well with a team and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they must be able to lift between 30 to 40 pounds.
