Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Away from Home Sales segment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key customer relationships, including customer agreements that deliver against PBNA operating plans and partnership expectations.
- Win new local restaurant business within designated territory.
- Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts.
- Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements, including Trade Payment Management.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution, including contract renewals.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements.
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Forecast responsibility.
- Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines.
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle, and can volume growth.

Requirements- Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
