As a Sales Representative for Local Restaurants, you will be responsible for executing a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing key customer relationships, including customer agreements that deliver against PBNA operating plans and partnership expectations.

* Leveraging technology to plan and support selling efforts.

* Maximizing volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods.

* Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements, including Trade Payment Management.

* Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and driving customer satisfaction through superior service and execution, including contract renewals.

* Activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.

* Ensuring customers are complying with PBC contract requirements.

* Working closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

* Analyzing customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities.

* Forecasting responsibility.

* Optimizing beverages per PBNA guidelines.

* Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can volume growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

* The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000.

* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.

* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

* Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience.

* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.

* Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.

* Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills.

* Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.

* Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional – Sales; Developing Others – People Leadership
