About the Role

We are KITE, a sales agency that aims to deliver exceptional results through genuine conversations and a deep understanding of people. As an In-Store Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and customer loyalty for a Fortune 500 company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand in a retail store environment, engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
  • Support a significant sales program, generating new business opportunities and acquiring new credit card customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while working independently at retail locations.
  • Follow policies and procedures related to sales, operations, theft/fraud, health/safety, and more.
  • Collaborate with field leadership and regional teams to increase sales and improve customer service.
