Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Lewis & Staver and Mitchell Wine Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping industry.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP solutions.
