LensCrafters operates under the umbrella of EssilorLuxottica, a global frontrunner in the design, production, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to serve as a leader within the LensCrafters framework. The Store Manager is accountable for achieving key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an impeccable customer experience.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Guarantee that the LensCrafters team delivers unparalleled Customer Service.
  2. Facilitate training and mentorship for the team utilizing Company-provided resources.
  3. Examine reports to devise and execute action plans aimed at enhancing store KPIs, which include:
  4. NPS – Net Promoter Score; % Sales to Plan; Customer Count; Complete Pair; Labor; Training Saturation; Exam Growth; among others.
  5. Recruit and hire a highly motivated team to ensure optimal staffing.
  6. Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance the customer and patient experience while driving store KPIs.
  7. Take pride in the store's appearance and guide the team in executing all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to established guidelines to ensure the best experience for customers and patients.
  8. Ensure compliance with all Company-approved safety programs, maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  3. 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  4. Thorough understanding of operations, processes, and business implications.
  5. Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
  6. Team building and management capabilities.
  7. Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
  8. Effective communication and listening skills.
  9. Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  10. Sales proficiency.
  11. Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  12. Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. College degree or equivalent.
  2. LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
  3. LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
  4. Prior experience in customer service and retail.
  5. Knowledge of current store merchandise.
  6. High level of business acumen, including detailed knowledge of LC Dashboard.

Pay Range: 68,977.24

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be available, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
