The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst to join our Mass Markets Connected Communities organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will directly impact financial outcomes, contract wins, and the efficiency of our Salesforce systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the development of new and refined processes, with a focus on optimizing Salesforce lead management.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with account managers, sales teams, IT support, Reporting & Analytics teams, and Salesforce support teams to empower the sales organization and drive revenue growth.
  • Data Insights: Develop insightful reports, analyze data, and create compelling data visualizations for leadership.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues in the automated lead management and distribution functions within our systems.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Savvy: Proven experience with Salesforce, including expertise in data analysis, visualization, reporting, and CRM lead development and distribution.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills that allow you to translate complex business requirements into practical, impactful solutions.
  • Self-Driven: As a self-starter, you thrive with minimal oversight and take ownership of your work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-Based Pay Ranges:

  • $80,510 - $107,340 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD
  • $84,740 - $112,980 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
  • $88,980 - $118,630 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
  • $93,210 - $124,280 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
