This position is essential for facilitating communication between students, faculty, staff, and the Facilities team regarding campus-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and take appropriate actions based on inquiries.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of Facilities technicians to manage work orders efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate information regarding maintenance, repairs, and service interruptions.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with both administrative personnel and field teams.
  • Monitor alarm systems and respond to alerts as necessary.
  • Address customer complaints and provide accurate information to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve facility-related issues.
  • Manage Access Control levels for online requests.
  • Inform on-call leaders of any emergencies that arise.
  • Compile shift reports and prepare holiday schedules.
  • Engage in disaster preparedness and recovery planning activities.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
