Job Summary

The University of Miami seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the integrity and undergraduate business education coordinator in ensuring the smooth operation of the curriculum and transfer credit evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the undergraduate business curriculum, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and program objectives.
  • Coordinate curriculum review processes, including faculty input, program assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date curriculum documentation, including course catalogs, syllabi, and course outlines.
  • Evaluate transfer credits from external institutions to determine equivalency and applicability to the undergraduate business programs with Miami Herbert Business Faculty.
  • Communicate outcomes to students and faculty, and maintain accurate records of transfer credit evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field (e.g., education, business administration).
  • Proven experience in academic administration, curriculum development, or transfer credit evaluation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills
  • Experience with student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (CLSS), curriculum Management (CIM).
  • Familiarity with undergraduate university business education accreditation standards (e.g., SACS, AACSB).
  • Knowledge of course equivalency databases and transfer credit clearinghouses.
