Recovery Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

The Recovery Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a healthy and safe environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage daily operations of the Recovery space, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning schedules, and equipment maintenance.
  • Process transactions, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop relationships with members and clients, anticipating their needs and interests regarding Recovery products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Life Clinic Coordinator to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Office management or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of exercise and sport science, fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends, and perform aerobic activities for extended periods.

Preferred Requirements

  • Clinic office or customer service-based job experience.
