Executive Director of Operations

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of security operations and customer contract services.
Key Responsibilities:- Security Operations: Responsible for the overall security operations of the Guarding division, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that customer contracts are met.
- Performance Management: Maintain high performance standards and operate within fiscal parameters, with a strong focus on P&L management.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure that all audit procedures are sound and compliant with governmental regulations.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and interview new employees to meet the needs of our guarding clients, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure that staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Scheduling and Staffing: Establish scheduling requirements for employees/agents under their supervision, and make assignments to ensure that positions are covered and that the client is being served in accordance with their needs.
- Performance Evaluation and Development: Train staff, evaluate and document employee performance, and provide direction and guidance to employees through regular communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, investigate, respond to questions, and provide documentation as required.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Security Operations: Strong understanding of security operations and customer contract services.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think clearly and make sound decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
