Job Summary:

As a key member of the leadership team, the Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, including grantmaking, and representing R2B to external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve R2B's mission and goals
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including grantmaking and program implementation
  • Represent R2B to external partners, including funders, community stakeholders, and other organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, staff, and community partners
  • Ensure the organization's financial stability and sustainability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or philanthropic organization
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, program implementation, and team leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with grantmaking and program evaluation
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
