Sales and Marketing Territory Lead

We are looking for a skilled Dealer Development and Growth Specialist to join our team in Austin/San Antonio. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development by building relationships with dealers, designers, and other industry professionals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Accountabilities- Develop relationships with design firms, commercial real estate brokers, and other project influencers
- Assess existing dealers' capacity to grow and identify new dealer candidates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in contract furniture or related industries
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal clients
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
