Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in the United States. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and existing employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Screen potential candidates and manage the interview process
  • Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and senior management throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Post and manage job listings on popular online channels
  • Responsible for the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience
  • Help streamline and roll out new procedures throughout different departments within the company
  • Curate and establish HR best practices with the US team and HQ
  • Plan and execute company events/visits to the offices
  • Work with HQ to improve the workplace experience for employees through new programs or perks
  • Benefits and 401(k) account management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in an HR-related role
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in checking and creating documentation
  • Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports
  • Thrives on using initiative and generating tasks and ideas independently
  • Keen to take on tasks outside of immediate role to further develop professionally
  • Able to work fully onsite
