Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support our USA & Commercial Team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless HR operations during a 6-month maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the payroll partner and USA & Commercial Team.
Employee Welfare and Engagement
- Organize and support welfare events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being.
- Coordinate with various departments to plan and execute HR events, such as training sessions and recognition programs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least two years related experience required.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
