Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism, providing them with relevant information about our offerings.
  • Manage seating arrangements fairly and consistently, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy host stand, handling paperwork accurately.
  • Take incoming calls and efficiently book reservations for guests.
  • Assist with room service orders as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of dining areas, assisting with table bussing as needed.
  • Support servers by replenishing beverages and addressing guest needs.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong capacity to learn and communicate product, menu, and allergy information effectively.
  • Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale and reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Food Handler Certification may be required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
