Job Title: Insurance Commercial Accounts Manager
Location: Ocala, Florida
Summary:
We are a well-established, locally owned and operated insurance agency with a strong reputation for providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, with ample opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Commercial Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a current book of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent service and support to clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Lead and support an internal team of 2-3 staff members.
- Collaborate with two outside sales producers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sales goals.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle client inquiries, policy renewals, and claims efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and policy reviews to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Utilize MS Office and other computer tools to manage accounts, track progress, and generate reports.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company by actively seeking new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Insurance licensing 440 and 220 is required. License 215 (life) is a plus as well.
