Job Title: Insurance Commercial Accounts Manager

Location: Ocala, Florida

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Commercial Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a current book of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent service and support to clients.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Lead and support an internal team of 2-3 staff members.
  • Collaborate with two outside sales producers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sales goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle client inquiries, policy renewals, and claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and policy reviews to clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide clients with the best possible advice.
  • Utilize MS Office and other computer tools to manage accounts, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company by actively seeking new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Insurance licensing 440 and 220 is required. License 215 (life) is a plus as well.
