Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the accounting department, including staff supervision and development.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to department heads and senior management.
  • Maintain and develop financial standards and processes to ensure proper financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
