Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of personal insurance accounts.
- Develop innovative strategies to address client requirements regarding coverage and pricing.
- Exercise independent judgment on significant accounts, including:
- Negotiating pricing for insurance products.
- Conducting client interviews.
- Gathering and evaluating client information to assist in product and pricing decisions.
- Implementing company policies tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Support producers in cross-selling personal lines to commercial agents.
- Manage all new VIP accounts.
- Negotiate with underwriters, provide quotes, and act as a liaison with carriers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven ability to use discretion and independent judgment to create solutions that meet client needs.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing client data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to assist producers with both new and existing client requirements.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in marketing and networking.
- Experience managing a diverse client base or large book of business.
- Background in insurance sales.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Active property and casualty insurance license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience with AMS360.
- 2 to 9 years of experience in personal lines insurance within an agency or brokerage.
- At least 2 years of experience in cross-selling and up-selling.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
