As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial landscaping services. This includes managing a team of maintenance crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Maintenance Crews
  • Utilize Industry-Leading Technology to manage teams, schedule crews, track hours, and maintain budgets.
  • Serve as Primary Client Liaison, meeting with clients regularly to discuss their needs and provide consultative services.
  • Design and Propose Enhancements to existing landscapes, utilizing your creativity and knowledge of horticulture and turfgrass management.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to secure new business opportunities and grow your book of business.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or Related Field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven Landscape Experience with a strong understanding of plant knowledge and turfgrass management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, handling challenges and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups, including clients, crews, and senior management.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required.
