About the Job

We are currently seeking a Program Manager - Career Services to join our team at Management and Training Corporation. This role is responsible for managing training and counseling programs in compliance with government and management directives.

Job Summary

This position involves planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate, developing and implementing procedures, systems, and curricula for the center, and collaborating with other center staff concerning programmatic matters.

Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: Manage training and counseling programs in compliance with government and management directives.
  2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement procedures, systems, and curricula for the center.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate program modifications.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and four years of experience, three of which should be in a supervisory capacity.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
