Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of assigned program areas for the YCCI Research Administration team. The successful candidate will support the YCCI Associate Director for Research Administration and Education and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing assigned program areas.
  2. Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize team performance.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
