Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Program Manager to join our team at GIL Foundation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily program operations and ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily program assignments and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
  • Supervise 12-15 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct support or supervisory role in human services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
