About the Job

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Training Programs Manager at Management and Training Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of training and counseling programs in compliance with government directives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate
  • Develop and implement procedures, systems, and curricula for the center, coordinate CDSS plan development and updates, and oversee Career Success Standards
  • Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters, including national training contractors and training subcontractors
  • Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate program modifications, direct feasibility studies to ascertain employability of students in proposed and current career offerings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of experience, with three years in a supervisory capacity
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Management and Training Corporation offers a competitive salary of $85,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
