About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Leadership Specialist to join our team at The Children's Community Programs of Connecticut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our FFT Foster Care Program.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and increase efficiency.
  • Mentor and supervise Clinical Supervisors and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with DCF regional offices to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide guidance on policy development and implementation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the program.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in program management and leadership is also necessary.
